Das Webinar gibt zunächst einen Kurzeinstieg in die Regelungen der Planerbeauftragung nach VgV und einen Überblick über die Konsequenzen des EuGH-Urteils für die HOAI.

Ein wesentlicher Schwerpunkt ist sodann die Ausgestaltung von Planerverträgen. Dies wird am Beispiel eines Mustervertragstextes ausführlich erörtert und mit den Teilnehmern diskutiert. Hierbei wird aktuell auch besprochen, wie Sie vertraglich Ausnahmesituationen, wie die Corona-Pandemie, regeln sollten. Einen dritten Schwerpunkt bildet die Haftung des Planers.
